What is the best way for me to place an order?

Use Messenger! We will not accept orders any other way. Please do not send orders through our personal messenger accounts, they will be ignored.

I need a treat on a specific date and time. Is this possible?

It absolutely depends on when. Contact us with questions. Next day orders are unlikely to be possible.

How can I pay for my treats?

We accept cash, PayPal via a handy card reader.
If you pay by card there will be a $2 or 2.7% fee (which ever is less) to cover PayPal's fees (for a $21 order the fee is $0.57).
If you wish to pay a different way (CashApp, Zelle, etc), mention it before placing an order.

Do you accept personal checks?

For your safety and ours, we do not accept personal checks at this time.

Can I cancel my order?

Contact us as quickly as possible. While we understand things come up, you have to understand that resources go into every order and if you choose not to get an item you ordered, for whatever reason, you will be flagged and possibly be required to pay a deposit on future orders. Once is understandable, twice is questionable. Please contact us.

What's in your treats?

We provide up-to-date ingredients and allergen warnings on all of the treat's packaging. If you need special accommodations, please contact us prior to placing an order.

An addon I want in an item isn't listed, can you add it?

Of course we can! Just let us know when you place your order and we'll get it added! If your addon is something exotic it might cost a litte more. Don't worry, we'll iron all that out while you place your order!

Can I get the frosting colored on my cupcakes?

Of course! Be mindful, however, some colors may be more difficult to achieve!

I really want an item you don't have listed, will you make it?

Tia will do her best to accommodate your request, but it may take some time, research, and trial and error. Please be mindful of the below question. She cannot make certain items based on the below law. Send your request here and we'll go from there!

Do you have any restrictions or limitations?

As mandated by the Michigan Cottage Food Law, we cannot offer items that require temperature control. Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns!

You changed how much an item cost after I ordered it! What gives?!

Sometimes our costs for ingredients change. In order to best serve you, while still making this sustainable, we have to adjust prices. Don't worry, however, you will always pay the lowest price if you have a placed order!

Who is doing this?

To keep things enjoyable while still providing these wonderful treats, Tia only does the baking. Everything customer related (order handling, product delivery, etc) is all handled by Patrick. If you have to talk to Tia, your message will be relayed and she will contact you if she's comfortable with it. Tia is in this for the baking, the price tag on items allows her to continue doing this. All the money gained goes right back into the business which means more tasty treats for you!

I would like to donate ingredients or other things to help you out! Can I?
